This position is part of a national-level initiative dedicated to recruiting high-end overseas talent. It targets doctoral graduates from globally recognized developed countries, with a focus on engineering, natural sciences, medicine, and interdisciplinary fields. Upon recommendation by a referrer ("伯乐"), candidates will be precisely matched with research and development roles at core institutions such as universities, research institutes, and leading enterprises. Supported by national talent policies, this initiative aims to attract high-caliber individuals with global perspectives and innovative capabilities, while also offering substantial incentives to successful referrers. This creates a sustainable ecosystem that fosters talent development, rewards referrers, and promotes mutual success across all platforms involved.
Responsibilities:
1、Deeply rooted in overseas technology/academic circles and possess high-end talent resources of doctoral level
2、Willing to recommend technology talents with a doctoral degree + relevant work experience
3、Honest and reliable, attach importance to information confidentiality; those with talent recommendation/headhunting experience are preferred
4、Full-process confidentiality with no additional work burden

Benefit:
