Responsibilities:

● Formulate and execute the company’s technological development plans and annual R&D objectives.
● Lead the R&D team in the development and optimization of products such as AGVs, dense storage systems, automated warehouse systems, and electric handling equipment.
● Foster collaborations with universities, research institutes, and industry organizations to advance technical standards and project applications.
● Oversee the entire R&D project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of competitive technological outcomes.
● Build and mentor a high-performance R&D team to enhance technical capabilities and foster innovation.
● Promote the application of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, and control systems in logistics equipment.

Qualifications:

1.Hold a doctoral degree and either have not yet resided in China or have been in China for no more than one year.
2.Possess at least 3 consecutive years of overseas work experience (postdoctoral experience counts). For exceptional candidates, this may be reduced to 2 years.
3.Have R&D or practical experience in fields such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, software development, artificial intelligence (application layer), AGV control, WMS/WCS systems, or embodied dexterous hands.

Benefit:

1.Annual salary: €60,000 – €80,000, with an additional talent subsidy of €190,000 – €380,000.
