Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Focus on core areas within engineering, natural sciences, medicine, and interdisciplinary fields (such as biomedical engineering, AI + materials, precision medicine, new energy science, etc.), independently or as a lead, execute cutting-edge scientific research projects and technology development tasks to drive academic innovation and industrial application.
2. Participate in the application and implementation of national or provincial key projects, lead or contribute to the development of research teams, and mentor early-career researchers or technical talent.
3. Publish high-impact academic papers and apply for core technology patents, promote the transformation and industrial application of research outcomes, and enhance the organization’s influence in relevant fields.
4. Engage with domestic and international industry resources, conduct academic exchanges and industry-university-research collaboration activities, and establish cross-disciplinary and cross-regional innovation networks.
5. Complete other core research and development tasks assigned by the organization.


Qualifications:

1.Candidates shall not have resided in China for more than one year prior to the application date.
2.A doctoral degree in a relevant field (with preference given to Engineering, Natural Sciences, Medicine, or related interdisciplinary areas) already obtained, or nearing completion with degree certification achievable prior to employment.
3.Solid theoretical foundation and strong research capabilities, with a clear research focus in the relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates with a record of high-impact publications, core patent applications, or experience in key research projects.
4.Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and translate research projects into practical outcomes, along with strong innovative thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork orientation.
5.Willingness to pursue career development in China, with excellent communication skills and adaptability to cross-cultural collaboration.
