Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct original scientific research at the international forefront, focusing on major fundamental or applied issues in the fields of science and engineering, interdisciplinary studies, or medicine.
2. Independently or collaboratively establish research teams, and participate in the application and implementation of national- and provincial-level key research projects.
3. Publish research outcomes in internationally high-impact journals and actively enhance the global influence of the discipline.
4. Contribute to graduate student training and disciplinary development, while undertaking certain teaching and mentoring responsibilities.
5. Strengthen academic exchanges and collaborations with internationally renowned universities and research institutions.


Qualifications:

1. Possess a doctoral degree awarded by a renowned overseas university or research institution, with a specialization in fields including but not limited to: artificial intelligence, new materials, biomedical engineering, precision medicine, quantum information, energy and environment, data science, synthetic biology, neuroscience, public health, and other related disciplines in science, engineering, interdisciplinary studies, or medicine.
2. Have postdoctoral or equivalent research experience, with outstanding academic achievements in the relevant field and demonstrated potential for future academic development.
3. Capable of conducting independent research, with excellent teamwork skills and interdisciplinary communication abilities.
4. Adhere to academic integrity, and exhibit innovation and a pioneering mindset.
5. Generally under the age of 40 (exceptions may be made for exceptionally qualified candidates).
6. Proficient in Chinese or English communication, with the intention to engage in long-term research and teaching work in China.

- Internationally competitive negotiated annual salary (specific amount to be discussed individually).
