Responsibilities:

●Academic & Corporate Engagement: Participate in high-level academic seminars to exchange knowledge on frontier science and technology with leading scholars in the field; visit leading local enterprises and high-tech companies in Huzhou to conduct on-site inspections of the industrial environment and R&D capabilities.
●Industrial Research & Opportunity Assessment: Gain an in-depth understanding of Huzhou’s key industrial development plans, technological innovation needs, and related talent and research support policies through site visits, policy briefings, and dialogues with senior executives.
●Networking & Collaboration Exploration: Establish connections with fellow elite doctoral candidates from various industries, corporate representatives, and government officials. Explore potential opportunities for research collaboration, technology transfer, or career development through networking.
●City Innovation Ecosystem Experience: Fully experience Huzhou’s innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere, urban culture, and living amenities. Optionally, complete a personal insights report or letter of intent regarding cooperation within Huzhou’s industrial and talent ecosystem.

Qualifications:

●Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D.).
●Educational background concentrated in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related high-end industrial fields.
●Possess overseas experience (for study or work). Preference will be given to those who have not yet returned to China or have returned recently (within one year).
●Have a strong interest in industrial technology transfer, innovation, and entrepreneurial development.
