Responsibilities:

1、Deeply rooted in overseas technology/academic circles and possess high-end talent resources of doctoral level
2、Willing to recommend technology talents with a doctoral degree + relevant work experience
3、Honest and reliable, attach importance to information confidentiality; those with talent recommendation/headhunting experience are preferred
4、Full-process confidentiality with no additional work burden

Qualifications:

Possessing a network of contacts who hold doctoral degrees in the overseas technology sector (including academia and industry) and have relevant work experience.

Benefit:

For each successfully recommended doctoral talent meeting the application criteria, the referrer will receive a recommendation bonus starting from 10,000 RMB; if the talent enters in-depth cooperation with the enterprise, the reward can be as high as 1 million RMB!
