Responsibilities:

"1. Cultivation of talents: 6-10 class hours per week for undergraduates or postgraduates. Priority is
given to teaching innovation classes; postgraduate courses should be offered according to the needs of
the college. The specific teaching tasks are arranged by the college; teaching effect shall be excellent;
supervise undergraduate students and master students according to the needs of the college. Supervise
undergraduate students’ thesis according to the arrangement of the college.
2. Publication of papers: publish one or more academic papers on management in SSCI or SCI journals
as the first author or corresponding author (including authors with equal contribution) during the
employment period.
3. Lectures: give one high-level academic lecture during the employment period; participate in relevant
activities such as the college’ academic forums or lectures.
4. Public services: assist in EQUIS/AACSB international accreditation work, participate in and facilitate
the international exchange work of the college in accordance with the requirements of the college.
5. Other aspects: complete the work arrangements of other aspects such as scientific research,
management, international exchange or social services as agreed in the contract according to the needs
of the position."
