Responsibilities:

1.Planning and practicing teaching, including lectures, seminars/tutorials and leading learning communities
2.Checking and assessing students' work; meeting students to discuss their problems in course learning
3.Pursuing and conducting research; leading and organizing teaching-related research; writing research proposals, papers and other publications
4.Preparing bids for funding for insitutional research projects; managing research budgets
5.Carrying out administration, such as attending faculty meetings and writing reports

Qualifications:

1. PhD in the field of education from a world-renowned university
2. At least 3-5 year teaching/research experience in a recognized university or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field
3. At least 6 research publications in peer-reviewed journals
4. Maintain a dynamic funded research program in an area of the candidate's expertise
5. Knowledge of contemporary teaching practices and E-learning
