Job Profile:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic native English-speaking teacher (female, from the UK or USA) to join our kindergarten team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education, a background in art, and the ability to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and age-appropriate English lessons for kindergarten students.

Integrate art-related activities into the curriculum to foster creativity and learning.

Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Collaborate with local teachers and staff to support students' development.

Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.


Qualifications:

Requirements
Nationality: Native English speaker from the UK or USA (Caucasian female preferred).

Experience: At least 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience.

Candidates with less than 2 years of experience must hold a TEFL/TESOL certification.


Benefit:

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: RMB 18,000 - 20,000 per month (pre-tax, no additional allowances).

Vacation:
Summer break: Approximately 2 weeks.
Winter break: 1-2 weeks.
