About Company:

Shanghai Institute of Mircrosystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), formerly known as Shanghai Institute of Metallurgy, was one of the earliest research institutes of Academia Sinica founded in1928. Since August 2001, the name has been changed to SIMIT according to its research fields and objectives. During the past 90 years, SIMIT always focuses on frontier of the metallic material science, and played a leading role in the scientific research. After the 1960s, SIMIT was again the first entity to have established the ultra-pure metal and III-V compound semiconductor materials research base, and first superconducting cable in China. Since 2004, SIMIT has developed a superconducting center dedicated to the fundamental research of superconducting material and electronics. Now the superconducting research center includes around 80 research staffs and 50 graduate students. The research field on superconductors has grown into one of the three major research field in SIMIT.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1.Participate in the customized demand analysis and decomposition of wireless communication system L2, architecture and scheme design of wireless communication system L2;
2.Participate in L2 code writing, self-test, debugging, optimization and problem determination of L1C, MAC, RLC, etc. in wireless products.


Qualifications:

1.Master degree in communication/computer/electronics and other related majors, with at least 5 years of working experience;
2.One or more of the following conditions can be met:
a)Have experience in the development and implementation of 5G NR/4G/WIFI wireless access system protocol stack;
b)Experience in developing and implementing L1C power control, RF management and other modules;
c)Experience in the development and implementation of multi-user management, link adaptation, service QoS priority queue and other functions;
d)experience in the development and implementation of various wireless time-frequency scheduling, air port resource allocation and other algorithms.
3.Familiar with ARM platform embedded Linux system C/C++development, experience in product development, debugging and delivery is preferred;
4.Study hard, hardworking, dutiful, and with good team cooperation ability.
