Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for handling the onboarding and offboarding procedures for local employees in Indonesia, including data collection, contract signing, exit handover, and file management.
2.Develop and improve the local performance evaluation system and organize its implementation, responsible for calculating and distributing employee compensation.
3.Familiar with local labor laws in Indonesia, handle employee social insurance, housing fund, and other welfare matters, and assist in resolving related disputes.
4.Maintain close contact with the Human Resources Department at the Chinese headquarters, report work progress and issues, execute headquarters' HR policy requirements, and maintain good communication with local labor departments, social insurance agencies, etc., to protect the company's legal rights.


Qualifications:

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related fields.
2.Over 3 years of experience in human resources, with prior experience in multinational companies or Chinese enterprises preferred.
3.Proficient in local labor laws in Indonesia and HR work processes.
4.Fluent in Chinese and Indonesian, able to communicate smoothly with the Chinese headquarters and local employees.


Benefit:

Salary Range: Rp20,000,000 - Rp30,000,000
