Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
1.Proactively identify new market opportunities, expand overseas markets, develop new clients, and maintain existing client relationships.
2.Client Communication & Follow-up: Liaise with international clients, handle inquiries, orders, and ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
3.Order Processing & Logistics Coordination: Manage shipping bookings, prepare packing lists and commercial invoices, confirm bills of lading, and coordinate production, commodity inspection, shipping bookings, and delivery to meet client requirements.
4.Market Promotion & Information Collection: Explore overseas markets via online platforms and domestic/international trade shows. Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis. Provide market analysis reports and propose product/service improvement suggestions.
5.Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through phone, email, and visits. Manage and update client information databases.
6.Additional Duties: Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Position Requirements:
1.Minimum 1 year of experience in foreign trade sales of chemical products. Background in Chemistry or related field preferred.
2.Excellent English proficiency with the ability to communicate directly with foreign clients. Possess strong independent negotiation skills with major clients and persuasive communication abilities.
3.Thorough understanding of import/export procedures and international trade processes.
4.Integrity, honesty, outgoing personality, diligence, eagerness to learn, and strong work passion.
5.Willingness to embrace challenges, proactive and enterprising attitude, and a strong desire for high earnings.
