Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
Administer employee benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical claims, etc.).
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc.).
Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Support career development and training initiatives.
HR Documentation:
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files) in compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience (preferably in a Malaysian company).
Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems) and MS Office.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages a plus).
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
