Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
1.Operate the Distributed Control System (DCS), monitor DCS trends according to process control requirements, adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, level, etc.), and accurately and conscientiously complete operational logs.
2.Conduct production checks and complete operational records on schedule; identify and resolve issues promptly and report them to superiors.
3.Collaborate with field operators, shift supervisors, electrical/instrumentation staff, and maintenance personnel to address production abnormalities.
4.Master startup/shutdown procedures and emergency response procedures for unexpected events.
5.Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:
1.Prior DCS operation experience in fine chemicals or oleochemicals is preferred.
2.Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
3.Willing to accept shift work arrangements.
