（2） Based on customer requirements, conduct preliminary research and technology scouting for future retardation film product development.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
（1） Master's degree or above in Chemistry, Optics, or related fields.
（2） Over 8 years of experience in retardation film products for display applications.
（3） Good command of English, with the ability to read English technical materials.
（4） Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
