Responsibilities:
（1） Design OLED materials and devices, and carry out patent portfolio/strategy development.
（2） Formulate research plans for OLED projects, drive progress according to the established schedule, and provide guidance to resolve critical technical issues.
（3） Lead the R&D team to undertake OLED material projects and other related assignments.
（4） Oversee the overall project management of the team, including scheme selection and formulation, communication and implementation, progress monitoring, and project evaluation.
（5） Address and resolve technical difficulties and challenges within the R&D department.
（6） Manage the team and foster team development and growth.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
（1） Master’s degree or above in Organic Synthesis, Materials, Devices, or related fields, with at least 10 years of working experience in OLED materials.
（2） Strong scientific research capability; in‑depth understanding of OLED materials and devices; rich theoretical knowledge and hands‑on experience in organic synthesis.
（3） Excellent team management skills, strong sense of responsibility, good professionalism, communication and management abilities, innovative mindset, and strong team‑spirit.
（4） Proficient in using various literature search methods, and skilled in designing synthetic routes (applicable to materials/OLED synthesis).
