（1） Oversee and guide liquid crystal‑related development work, as well as the development of monomers and processes.
（2） Define the technical direction for liquid crystal product development, establish research directions and optimization/evaluation methodologies for related technical issues.
（3） Steer the research direction of liquid crystal functionalization and provide support in troubleshooting.
（4） Guide the resolution of challenges in emerging liquid crystal applications, and develop products that align with market demands and meet customers' future needs.
（5） Based on market competition, intellectual property trends, and corporate strategic objectives, assist the company in formulating internationalization strategies and solutions, helping the company gain a competitive advantage in the global marketplace.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
（1） Full‑time master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Physics, Optics, or related disciplines.
（2） Over 10 years of experience in liquid crystal development, with extensive knowledge of display panels and a recognized reputation within the industry.
（3） Proficient in liquid crystal development processes and relevant technical knowledge; familiar with evolving panel technology trends; well‑versed in panel‑ and liquid crystal‑related issues, with the ability to propose effective solutions.
