Job Profile:

Full-time position. Take overall charge of department management, technical system construction, project coordination and promotion, core technology R&D and team building of the Non-clinical Drug Evaluation Research Center, to support the implementation of the group's core strategies such as innovative drug R&D and project introduction. Responsibilities:

1. Take full charge of the daily management and operation of the Non-clinical Drug EvaluationResearch Center; non-clinical drug evaluation research projects;
2. Establish and improve the department's technical system, and coordinate the progress of various professional technical capabilities;
3. Lead the R&D and breakthrough of core technologies, and continuously improve the department's research team;
4. Be responsible for team building and talent cultivation, and build a professional and efficient

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or above from domestic universities;
