Our founding leadership team consists of graduates from Cornell University and Columbia University, holders of multiple patents, and serial entrepreneurs with a history of repeated successes.
Responsibilities:
1.Oversee and optimize the development workflow, including task allocation, progress tracking, team communication and quality management, to ensure the on-schedule delivery of projects.
2.Coordinate with overseas development teams and operation & maintenance (O&M) teams to guarantee the high availability and security of systems.
3.Organize daily stand-ups, biweekly iterations and regular meetings; report project progress, difficulties and risks on a periodic basis, and proactively align with teams across time zones such as those in the U.S. and Europe.
4.Participate in decision-making on key technical solutions and architecture design, tackle core development tasks and critical challenges, and drive the technical growth of the team.
5.Promote the standardized implementation of processes such as testing, deployment, delivery and customer support to ensure the completeness of software lifecycle management.
Qualifications:
1.The role operates in a fully English-speaking work environment, and near-native English proficiency is mandatory.
2.Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in software development and development team management.
3.Proficient in mainstream programming languages (e.g., Go, Java, C++), common databases and distributed system design; prior experience in blockchain or large-scale architecture is preferred.
4.Possess capabilities in requirement decomposition, solution design, development workflow management and quality control, with practical experience in team leadership and cross-team collaboration.
5.Master modern development tools and processes such as code management, automated testing, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
6.The role requires assuming responsibility for no less than 60% of core code submission and implementation to maintain technical depth and ensure the effective delivery of solutions.

Work Experience: Possess 5 years of professional experience.
Educational Background: Prior overseas study experience or international business exposure is preferred.
