Job Profile:

We are seeking a proactive Account Executive to join our team. This role plays a core part in driving superior customer experience, with responsibilities encompassing end-to-end sales lifecycle management – including client outreach and follow-up, proposal drafting, cross-functional collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), as well as facilitating client onboarding and ensuring value realization for clients.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for client product training and onboarding, resolve product usage-related issues for clients, conduct regular communications with them, help clients maximize product value to increase renewal rates and customer satisfaction; identify clients’ potential needs, drive upselling initiatives and reduce customer churn; collaborate with sales, support and product teams to proactively manage client relationships and improve the overall customer experience; meanwhile, manage and advance all stages of the sales pipeline, actively follow up on leads and promote deal closures, ensuring a smooth conversion of clients from potential intent to formal contract signing and full compliance with relevant processes.


Qualifications:

1.The role operates in a fully English-speaking work environment, and near-native English proficiency is mandatory.
2.Possess 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, customer success or comparable functions, with priority given to candidates having SaaS and/or blockchain industry experience.
3.Have hands-on experience in CRM system management and sales pipeline administration, and be proficient in tracking the customer lifecycle and sales progress.
4.Be responsible for onboarding and launch support for new clients to ensure their seamless adoption of the product.
5.Demonstrate strong capabilities in customer demand analysis, communication and problem-solving.
6.Collect and analyze customer feedback, and provide actionable improvement recommendations to the product and R&D teams.

Work Experience: Possess 3–5 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or equivalent roles.
Educational Background: Prior overseas study experience or international business exposure is preferred.
Work Environment: Ormi currently adopts a fully remote work model. All professional written and verbal communications are conducted in English. 

Interview Process:
Interview with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) (duration: 30 minutes).
Interview with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (duration: 60 minutes).
