Hunan International Travel Health Care Center (Portal Clinic Of Changsha Customs)

The Hunan International Travel Health Care Center was established in 1999 and is under the jurisdiction of Changsha Customs. It is the only foreign-related designated medical institution in Hunan Province that is responsible for monitoring, physical examinations and vaccination for inbound and outbound personnel. 

The Hunan International Travel Health Care Center integrates monitoring, physical examination assessment, immunization vaccination, travel health care, international medical assistance, and personalized health management. It is a public comprehensive medical institution and its test results are internationally recognized.  The Hunan International Travel Health Care Center possesses various medical qualifications, including a non-immunization program vaccine vaccination clinic, a provincial-level civil servant health management agreement institution, a medical institution designated for medical insurance in both provinces and cities, a designated outpatient clinic for international travelers' medical assistance by the International Travelers' Medical Assistance Association (IAMAT), a medical examination center registered with the Spanish Consulate in Guangzhou, technical qualifications for clinical gene amplification testing laboratories, and a confirmatory laboratory for AIDS. 
The International Travel Health Care Center of Hunan Province currently has over 9,000 square meters of business premises, equipped with more than 400 sets of world-class medical examination and testing equipment, with a total value of over 45 million yuan. The main equipment includes CT machines, DR-X ray machines, color B-ultrasound machines, transcranial Doppler, chemical luminometer, microbial identification instrument, flow cytometer, C13 breath detector, fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument, and many other specialized devices.  There are departments such as Internal Medicine, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Dentistry, Gynecology, Radiology (including DR and CT rooms), General Examination Room, Color Ultrasound Room, Electrocardiogram Room, Audiometry Room, Arteriosclerosis Detection Room, Transcranial Doppler Examination Room, Carbon 13/Carbon 14 Breath Test Room, Bone Density Detection Room, Pulmonary Function Testing Room, and Vaccination Room.
