Recently, Beijing officially launched the one-stop integrated service platform "GO BEIJING" to better facilitate the stay of overseas visitors. The platform provides convenient services covering nearly all aspects of daily life in Beijing — dining, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, entertainment, and public services.

Designed to meet the diverse needs of visitors traveling to Beijing, "GO BEIJING" integrates a wide range of local services such as ticket booking for tourist attractions, international card payments, departure tax refunds, and multilingual navigation. It also brings together high-demand government and public services, delivering a one-stop, multilingual, and all-encompassing experience for international users.
Overseas visitors can easily register on this platform via their phones and access 39 services such as ride-hailing, ticket purchasing, and hotel booking. The platform supports 16 languages, including Chinese, English, Russian, Korean, and Arabic, allowing effortless switching between languages.
In addition, "GO BEIJING" features a "Travel Wallet" function. Overseas users can activate the function, and transfer funds into their accounts via cross-border/boundary remittance before arriving in the Chinese mainland. Once funded, they can use the wallet to make payments during their stay in the Chinese mainland. The "Travel Wallet" requires no card linking, charges no transaction fees for spending in the Chinese mainland, supports a variety of payment scenarios, and ensures faster transactions — significantly enhancing the payment experience for overseas travelers. Currently, users from 40 countries and regions can register and use the service.
The platform highlights convenient payments, seamless consumption, and immersive experiences. From the moment visitors arrive in Beijing, they can enjoy local payment solutions and access various urban services.
For example, overseas shoppers can receive instant refunds at the stores offering this service. By simply tapping their phones on designated devices, they can receive their refunds in as little as two minutes. This service also supports purchases made via credit cards, cash, and WeChat Pay, significantly improving the shopping experience for overseas visitors traveling in the city.

As a key window for showcasing Beijing's international services, the International Web Portal of Beijing underwent a series of upgrades. The Italian version is now available, while the "Traveling in Beijing" section has been optimized to further improve service accessibility. These updates aim to deliver a comprehensive range of one-stop online services for international users and foreign-invested enterprises.
