the Shenyang International

Youth Innovation

and Entrepreneurship Hub

officially launched

a "zero-rent" industrial park template,

and now is inviting entrepreneurs

from around the world to join.

The Shenyang International Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub is jointly built by the Tiexi District People's Government and the Shenyang Municipal Committee of China Communist Youth League. It is planned to have "one hub and two zones", including Innovation A Zone and Industry B Zone, with a total planned area of 50,000 square meters, which can precisely match the needs of various entrepreneurial stages.
The Innovation A Zone is located at the Zhongguancun Innovation Building A, specifically designed to support science and technology-driven startup teams and startup companies. The first batch of 4,000 square meters of personalized office space is now open. Not only are the aforementioned rent and fees waived for three years, but the zone is also equipped with intelligent meeting rooms, roadshow halls, and other public service facilities.
The Industry B Zone is located at the Yida Industrial Park, specifically designed to support enterprises with industrialization needs. The first batch of 6,000 square meters of customized factories and office complexes is now open, with complete power and electricity facilities. The enterprises settling in this zone are also subject to a three-year exemption from the aforementioned rent and fees.

What are the requirements

for settling in a "zero-rent" industrial park?

The person in charge of the Shenyang International Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub introduced that the newly launched template mainly focuses on high-quality award-winning projects from innovation and entrepreneurship competitions.
Teams and individuals who have won awards in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions organized by prefecture-level or higher-level regions, upon settling in the Innovation A Zone, are required to invest no less than 250,000 yuan annually in research and development for every 100 square meters, while those settling in the Industry B Zone must invest at least 100,000 yuan annually in research and development per 100 square meters. Moreover, the annual research and development investment should account for more than 5% of the annual revenue.
