REWARD POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL-INVESTED PROJECTS

1.For International-invested manufacturing projects that comply with this city’s industrial policy orientation and have an annual actual utilization of International investment of 5 million US dollars or above, enterprises will be rewarded at a ratio of 3% of their actual utilization of International investment in the current year, with a maximum reward of 10 million yuan.
2.For International-invested non-manufacturing projects (excluding real estate projects) that comply with this city’s industrial policy orientation and have an annual actual utilization of International investment of 10 million US dollars or above, enterprises will be rewarded at a ratio of 3% of their actual utilization of International investment in the current year, with a maximum reward of 10 million yuan.
3.Key International-invested projects that have a significant driving effect on this city’s transformation, upgrading and opening up, and have an annual actual utilization of International investment of 100 million US dollars or above, can obtain priority support in a case-by-case manner.
4.For overseas multinational corporations that have been recognized as eligible to establish headquarters in this city, they will be rewarded at a ratio of 3% of their registered capital actually contributed in Shijiazhuang, with a maximum reward of 50 million yuan. The reward shall be cashed out within two years at a rate of 50% annually as of the year when the headquarters enterprise is recognized.
