[Bonding Date] On March 22, 2022, Tianjin, China and Cali, Colombia signed a letter of intent to conduct friendly exchange and cooperation.
Cali, with advanced industries and convenient transportation, is the third-largest city in Colombia and its economic and cultural center in the southwest. As an important center of sports in the country, the city once held the Pan American Games, the World Games and the IAAF U18 Championships in Athletics.
