How to buy tickets:
Foreigners may use the following documents to purchase train tickets under the real-name system.
— Foreigners permanent residence permit /foreigner's permanent residence ID card
— Foreigner's entry-exit permit
— Diplomatic identity card / Consular ID card
— Seaman's certificate
— Foreigner Identity Certificate Issued by PRC Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Option 1:Purchase at the ticket window of the railway station or through an agent.
Option 2: Complete passport registration information on official website. Then tickets will be able to be booked online, and can be picked up at the railway station window or via an agent sales office.

The automatic ticket machine only accepts second-generation Chinese ID cards for ticket collection. Collecting tickets with passports can only be done manually at the station ticket window. Passengers can view the departure and arrival time of trains and buy, change, or refund tickets on both the official website or mobile application.
