Foreign individual investors must complete ID authentication through online facial information collection. This service can be accessed at the WeChat Mini APP of Beijing’s “E Chuang Tong” enterprise service platform (Note: Applicants for this service must have a Chinese mobile phone number or bank account).



Registration Materials for Enterprise Set-up:

Submitting Application for Enterprise Registration:


The application for enterprise establishment registration can be submitted through the “E Chuang Tong” online platform or the official website of the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation. The submitted materials should include the Articles of Association, ID proof of the investor(s), appointment documents of the legal representative(s) and executive(s), proof of the enterprise registered address, among others.
