2025 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide Unveiled!

Chaoyang District outperformed other districts in Beijing, with 24 restaurants on the list, accounting for 64.9 percent of the city's total. Among them, there are three two-diamond restaurants and 21 one-diamond restaurants as well as four on the list for eight consecutive years, namely Xue Wei (China Red Street Branch), Lei Garden (Bloomage International Center Branch), MIO of Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, and Cai Yi Xuan of Four Seasons Hotel Beijing.
In addition, LAMDRE and Jingji Aristocrat Cuisine by Rong each received a two-diamond rating, one diamond more compared with the previous edition. Three new restaurants on the list are namely Restaurant 1996, Sushi Fujimoto (Beijing Branch), and Chushan Siji (The Westin Beijing Chaoyang Branch).
