Email Address for Birth Registration of Foreign Newborns Changed

For the convenience of foreign applicants, the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau launched online residence and stay registration services for foreign newborns in June 2024, thereby eliminating the need for applying on-site.

Please note that the email address for submitting visa applications and other relevant documents to the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau has been changed to bjcrj-wq@nia.gov.cn.
The previous email address, bjgacrj2024@163.com, will no longer be in use after October 31, 2024.
