Recently, a conference for the Shenyang "Walk Xinghua" Project was held to release the investment promotion achievements. According to the latest plan, this underground commercial corridor—dormant for a decade—will be relaunched as the city's first TOD metro commercial street. The commercial street will open within the year.

The transit-oriented development (TOD) model refers to urban development around metro, light rail, bus hubs and other public transit stops. With a commercial area of 72,000 square meters, the "Walk Xinghua" Project runs through the concourses of three metro stations, including Tiexiguangchang, Xinghuagongyuan and Shenliaolu. Moreover, it complements the existing Tiexi MixC in business formats, creating an integrated "above-ground + underground" commercial ecosystem.

This underground commercial street stretches for 1.8 kilometers and links key urban nodes such as Tiexi Square and Xinghua Park, serving as the longest of its kind in Shenyang. Passengers can begin shopping as soon as they exit the turnstiles and explore across three stations. The brand-new consumption scenario will deliver a unique experience.

A new place for young people,

encompassing China-chic

and "Goods" culture,

is on the way.

In the field of trendy retail, the project focuses on emerging designer brands and China-chic products. In the catering sector, it plans a characteristic street called "Yanhuo Xiangli". In the leisure experience sector, it creates Shenyang's first ecological "Goods Circle" themed stage.

At the conference, the "Walk Xinghua" Project unveiled its latest investment promotion achievements. The project has attracted multiple regional first stores and trendy brands across all categories such as trendy retail, premium dining and leisure experience.Ten leading brands, including Luu Moon Bookstore, signed agreements on-site.
