2. 填报信息标准:申报系统填写的姓名、证件号码等内容，须与护照、通行证上信息完全一致。

Attention, Foreign Nationals, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents! The Exit & Entry Administration Service Center of Xiamen PSB has launched an online self-service application for accommodation registration , which can be processed with a mobile phone! If you reside or stay in residences other than hotels, remember that you or your host need to register within 24 hours after arrival .

Operation Guidelines for Xiamen Self-Service Declaration System for Overseas Personnel Accommodation Registration

1   System Registration & Login

Main Method :

Scan the QR code below to enter the system for declaration.

Other Methods：

1. Download the "Xiamen" APP and access the Overseas Personnel Zone to complete the declaration.

2. Submit the declaration via the Self-Service Declaration System for Overseas Personnel Accommodation Registration in Xiamen.

First-time users should click "Register Now".  Complete the registration and set a password using an email address or mobile phone number,  and then fill in relevant information to log in.

2  Select Language and Document Type

The system supports multi-language switching and registration for various document types.

3  Fill in Personal Information

Click "Upload Image", select or take a photo of the information page of your identity document,  and complete your basic information. Upload a front-side photo of yourself holding your ID document (the photo must be taken with you holding the document for the first registration; the photo can be reused for subsequent registrations). Check the box for "I have read and agree to the Registration Agreement", then click "Submit".

4  Fill in Accommodation Information

Scan the QR code on the door plate or manually fill in the full detailed address (including the housenumber), as well as contact information of thehost (landlord or co-registrant). Check the box for" I have read and agree to the Registration Agree-ment" again and click "Submit".

5  Check Application Progress  and View Results

1. After submission, you may check the declaration progress under "History Records".

Approved : Accommodation registration completed successfully

Pending Review : Waiting for review by public security authorities

Rejected : Information contains errors;  revise and resubmit

2. For approved declarations, click "View QR Code" to save the electronic voucher for future use.

3. To submit a new declaration, click "Reuse Registration Information".

Tips & Frequently Asked Questions

1. Image Quality Standards:

Upload the information page of your identity document and a photo of yourself holding that document. The images must be clear and legible, with no glare, smudges, or obstructions.

2. Information Accuracy Standards:

The name, document number, and other details filled in the declaration system must exactly match the information on your passport or travel permit.

3. Residential Address Standards:

Fill in your actual detailed residential address within Xiamen City truthfully. Providing false addresses is prohibited.Overseas personnel must complete temporary accommodation registration within 24 hours after entry into China.If your accommodation address changes, you are required to re-submit your accommodation information. Failure to register within the prescribed time limit shall result in penalties in accordance with the law.
