Though this is a Thai dish, it is quite popular in Qingdao. It has one of the most amazing flavor combinations. Yellow curry with coconut milk and fresh sweet crab is simply heavenly. Normally, Thai curries are prepared with a curry paste of fresh spices and coconut milk. Almost every recipe for this classic Thai dish adds oyster sauce, nam prik pao, white pepper, eggs, fresh chilies and Chinese celery.
