- For employing Chinese assistants:
Dispatch letter
(Requirements: Verify the authenticity and validity of the information; ensure that the documents are within their valid period.)
- For employing foreign assistants:
1. Letter of Intent for Employment
Requirements:
Application materials should be complete and comply with legal forms;
Materials requiring certification must be notarized by a notary institution or notary of the applicant's home country, certified by the competent foreign affairs authority of the home country or an authority authorized by the foreign affairs authority, and also certified by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country;
All notarized and certified documents must be sealed, otherwise, they must be re-notarized and certified; all foreign documents, including the specific content pages of notarized documents and the notarization certification pages, must be translated.
Translation copies should correspond to each page of the original, with corresponding text positioning. Any stamps must also be translated. The representative office must affix its seal; the content includes the reasons for employment and the resume of the person being employed.
2. Certificate of No Criminal Record from Abroad
(Requirements: Application materials should be complete and comply with legal forms; materials requiring certification must be handled as the Letter of Intent for Employment described above.)
3. Degree Certificate
(Requirements: The photocopy should be stamped with the official seal; the blank part of the photocopy should be signed by the staff member of the unit, stating "same as the original"; information such as name and date of birth should be consistent with the ID card.)
4. Qualification documents for the foreigner to be employed for the job (Requirements: The photocopy should be clear and complete.)
5. Copy of identity documents /passport and Chinese translated version
(Requirements: The photocopy should be clear and complete.)
6. Application Form for Employment of Foreign Employees by the Representative Office of a Foreign Law Firm in China
(Requirements: The content should be filled out completely.)
