By Metro
Take the Shenzhen Metro to Qianwan Station ( 前湾站), exit at Exit D and walk about 15 minutes to the hotel.
Inside the hotel
Enter through the main entrance.
Turn right, then walk through the corridor opposite the coffee bar.
Follow the signs to reach the City Terminal Hall.
Follow the directions to get to the terminal hall.

A baggage handling service is in the works, which will allow travelers to check their bags directly at the terminal and head to HKIA hands-free — a game-changer for frequent flyers.

Additional notes
At the launch ceremony, James Wong, CEO of Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings, highlighted the flexibility of the service schedule and confirmed that the fleet will be adjusted according to passenger demand.
He also introduced the airport-exclusive chauffeured service, a luxury 7-seater vehicle with a professional driver, available for booking through the WeChat mini-program.
