Chengdu Launches New Products for Bullet Train Tourism!

China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co Ltd. rolled out new products aimed to provide favorable conditions for travelers on October 25.

The products include high-speed train tickets featuring a nine-day validation for optical itinerary to offer passengers more convenience and new travel experiences. Listed below are some of the destinations covered by the new products.

Chengdu + Jianmen Pass + Guangyuan

The product includes three 2nd-class tickets, each covering the trips of East Chengdu Railway Station —Jianmen Pass, Jianmen Pass—Guangyuan and Guangyuan—East Chengdu Railway Station respectively. The price of the product is RMB200 at a discounted rate.
The product includes four 2nd-class tickets, each covering the trips of Xipu—Dujiangyan (Mount Qingcheng included), Dujiangyan (Mount Qingcheng included)—Xipu, East Chengdu Railway Station—Guangyuan and Guangyuan—East Chengdu Railway Station respectively. The price of the product is RMB218 at a discounted rate.
The product includes four 2nd-class tickets (soft-berth), each covering the trips of East Chengdu Railway Station—Leshan, Leshan—East Chengdu Railway Station, Xipu—Dujiangyan (Mount QIngcheng included) and Dujiangyan (Mount Qingcheng included)—Xipu respectively. The price of the product is RMB116 at a discounted rate.
Notes
Passengers need to take all the trains within nine days at the designated station by booking reservations or swiping cards.

Reservation: place orders on reservations for individual itineraries via the website of 12306, the mobile phone App of Railway 12306 or the automatic ticketing machines. Passengers can check in with their ID cards. If there is any change on the itineraries, you need to make requests to cancel the reservations. Otherwise it will be considered as an occurrence of consumption.
Notes: make reservations in advance of your trips. 
Card swiping: If the train has seats left, passengers don’t need to make reservations but swipe their ID card to check in. The information on the designated berth is sent in the form of text message to the mobile phone of the user.
Notes: passengers can consult the manual checking point when any problems of card swiping arise.
The first trip of the products must be made within 30 days (starting at the date of purchasing), otherwise they are considered as invalid and a full refund will be given.
Designated trains: get information on the trains and make reservations via the website of 12306 and mobile phone App.
Refunding: purchasers of the products will get full-amount refunding when the products are not used; however, no refunding will be allowed in the case the products have been used once.
