Spring Outing in Xuanwu: Youth from Universities Promote Nanjing in English

On April 28, the "Spring Outing in Xuanwu" Foreign Language Volunteer Service Event for the Development of the China-Central Asia Trade Facilitation Cooperation Platform and English Interpretation Initiative was convened in Nanjing. A cohort of young college student volunteers from Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China Pharmaceutical University, and Nanjing Xiaozhuang University assembled at the venue. Leveraging diverse components including expert-themed lectures, exchanges and sharing of foreign affairs knowledge, and English interpretation exhibitions, the participants gained an in-depth understanding of the outcomes of economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between Nanjing and Central Asian countries. They also narrated Nanjing's stories and disseminated Nanjing's voice in fluent English.
