Zhangjiakou
On April 25th, in Nanzhangzhuang Village, Yuxian County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, which is known as "the first village of Chinese paper-cutting", paper-cutting masters fixed the meaning of spring in their works, and when they met paper-cutting art in spring, they became more poetic. Yuxian paper-cut in Hebei Province originated from the Ming Dynasty, which is the only paper-cut in China with negative engraving as the main part and positive engraving as the supplement, and it is also one of the national intangible cultural heritages. Yuxian paper-cut is made of Xuan paper, carved by hand with a carving knife, and then dyed with gorgeous colors. At present, a relatively complete paper-cutting industrial chain of "exhibition-marketing-base-training" has been formed in the local area, with an annual sales of more than 5 million sets of paper-cutting and an annual output value of more than 200 million yuan.
