On December 23, 2025, the "Embarking on a New Journey · Gathering Wisdom for Hebei" Symposium for Foreign Experts to Offer Advice and Suggestions, hosted by the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, was held at the Hebei (Shijiazhuang) Offshore Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals. Nine foreign experts from seven countries, including the United States, Russia and the Netherlands, exchanged views on topics such as scientific and technological innovation, industrial upgrading and talent cultivation, offering suggestions for the high-quality economic development of Hebei.
The foreign experts also experienced Chinese tea culture and paper-cutting art on site, feeling the unique charm of China's outstanding traditional culture. The attending foreign experts stated that they would actively promote Hebei's development advantages, innovative achievements and cultural characteristics to the international community, and contribute to attracting outstanding overseas talents to innovate, start businesses and promote common development in Hebei.
