Shanghai Shenghua Zizhu Academy is located in Minhang District of Shanghai municipality. As a subsidiary of Zizhu International Education park, which is co-established by Minhang District Government and Shanghai Zizhu Hi-tech Zone, it offers a variety of academic programs, including IGCSE, A-LEVEL, IBDP, US high school program and EJU program. The school now has more than 1600 students and an international teaching team of more than 240 teachers.
Responsibilities:
I. Job Responsibilities
Teach high school Japanese courses and complete lesson preparation, classroom instruction, homework grading, tutoring, and Q&A according to school arrangements.
Focus on Japanese speaking, listening, and Japanese culture, while also developing students’ comprehensive abilities in grammar, reading, writing, and other areas.
Participate in Japanese subject teaching and research, lesson observation and evaluation, open classes, teaching training, and curriculum development.
Organize activities such as Japanese Corner, Japanese Culture Festival, speech contests, and dubbing contests to create a strong Japanese learning atmosphere.
Collaborate with Chinese teachers, regularly communicate students’ learning progress, and participate in parent-teacher meetings or student assessments.
Qualifications:
Japanese nationality; native Japanese speaker with standard pronunciation and clear expression.
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Japanese education, Japanese literature, linguistics, education, or related fields are preferred.
Teaching experience in high schools, international schools, language schools, or training institutions is preferred.
Familiarity with Chinese Gaokao Japanese, JLPT, EJU, and other examination systems is preferred.
Available to start in February 2027.
