Responsibilities:
Job Description:
1. Develop and implement personal sales plans, clarify sales goals and strategies, and ensure the completion or exceeding of the sales targets set by the company.
2. Actively explore the market, identify potential customers, establish and maintain a customer relationship network, and continuously expand the product's market share.
3. Communicate and interact with customers to understand their needs and provide professional product solutions and technical support.
4. Gain a deep understanding of the characteristics, advantages, and application areas of the company's biotechnology products, and master product technical knowledge and market trends.
5. Develop product promotion plans, and promote the company's products to customers through participation in industry exhibitions, academic conferences, and technical seminars.
6. Stay updated on industry development trends and competitive situations, collect market information and competitor intelligence, and provide reference for the company's market strategies.
7. Analyze market demands and trends, propose suggestions for product improvement and innovation, and assist the R&D department in developing new products.
8. Maintain close communication and collaboration with internal departments such as R&D, production, and technical support to ensure product quality and delivery timelines.
Qualifications:

Education Requirement:Bachelor's degree or above
Major Requirement:Open to all majors. Must be able to use one of the following languages as a working language: English, German, Italian, French, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Portuguese, or Russian.
