Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning, execution, and implementation of the company's campus recruitment projects, including organizing lecture sessions, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
2. Conduct high-end social recruitment, and assist various departments in attracting talent for key positions.
3. Participate in the construction and optimization of the recruitment system, including recruitment processes, interview assessment criteria, and talent pool development.
4. Maintain and expand relationships with universities and industry resources, and establish long-term cooperation.
5. Collaborate with the team to complete other human resources-related tasks, such as employee onboarding and training support.
6. Be able to adapt to business trips and travel to target universities or client organizations for recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, any major is acceptable, with preference given to those majoring in Biology/Medicine/Pharmaceutical Sciences/Human Resources/Psychology, etc.
2. Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with priority given to those who have experience in campus recruitment or high-end recruitment. Outstanding recent graduates with relevant internship experience are also preferred.
3. Language Skills: Good English proficiency, with strong reading and writing abilities, and the capability for basic English communication.
4. Personality Traits: Outgoing, good at communication, flexible, and strong stress resistance.
5. Other Requirements: Strong execution ability and sense of responsibility, capable of adapting to business trips and a fast-paced work environment.
