Responsibilities:
1. Must be from a native English speaking country.
2. Must be able to attain a Chinese visa and work permit.
3. Must pass physical inspection.
4. Must have a bachelor degree in teaching subject.
5. Must have two years prior in teaching subject (four years preferred).
6. A valid teaching credential is preferred.
7. Teaching experience in China is a plus, but not required.
8. Must have two academic references that demonstrate previous work in teaching subject.
Maximum of 20 teaching periods (40 minutes each).
Qualifications:
1. Must be a team player and adhere to the administration’s policies.
2. Must provide daily instruction: Setting learning outcomes, connecting instruction and assessment to learning objectives, using direct and open-ended questioning, and differentiating learner by learner type and assessment are all required.
3. Must provide 1 assessment per week for each week of the semester for each class (minimum, may provide more).
4. Must write midterm and final exams for subject. AP subject exams must follow AP curriculum for the course.
5. Must provide accurate and statistically reliable grades.
6. Must be willing to provide cover for Homeroom classes (may not exceed 20 contractual periods).
Benefit:
Salary: 20000 to 28000 rmb a month before taxes
Housing: 4,000 rmb a month with fapiao

20,000 RMB for the second year if resign
Visa: 4,000 rmb a year before taxes
Food: 150 rmb a month
