Salary: 22,000–26,000 RMB/month (before tax, negotiable based on experience)
Housing allowance: 2,050 RMB/month
Relocation fee: Up to 12,000 RMB (covers transportation & visa expenses)
Completion bonus: 16,000 RMB (2-year contract) / 8,000 RMB (1-year contract)
