Job Profile:

At Sparkbridge, our mission is to be the catalytic force that propels early-stage startups toward transformative success. Through strategic mentorship, unparalleled resources, and unwavering support, we empower entrepreneurs to transcend challenges, seize opportunities, and redefine industries. Recently, a few of our start-ups has shown interest in the Canada Startup visa program and they want to develop their businesses in Canada start-up framework. So we have been interested in structuring a long-term partnership with the main Chinese immigration agencies in this program. In this regard, we want to recruit Chinese business developer who is supposed to negotiate with these agencies to expand our business in China.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1- Research and identify prospective clients, partnerships, and markets that align with the company's goals. This includes analyzing trends in the immigration industry and staying updated on regulatory changes that impact immigration services.

2- Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. This may involve providing regular updates, gathering client feedback, and tailoring services to meet client needs.

3- In a role focused on immigration services, the business developer would likely establish and maintain partnerships with relevant entities such as immigration consultants, law firms, or agencies. Negotiating partnership terms, ensuring mutual benefit, and fostering collaborative efforts are essential here.

4-Regularly prepare reports on business development activities, client interactions, and financial projections. Present these insights to upper management to guide decision-making and inform growth strategies.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders in the Chinese market and with our international team. A strong background in business development, negotiations, or B2B partnerships is essential, with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships. Knowledge or prior experience in the immigration consulting industry, particularly familiarity with programs like Canada's Start-Up Visa (SUV), will be highly valued.

The candidate must exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to negotiate favorable agreements, present our services convincingly, and build trust with immigration agencies. Additionally, strong research and market analysis skills are critical for identifying opportunities and understanding trends in the immigration sector.

We seek a proactive individual who demonstrates attention to detail and can work autonomously while ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Experience in using professional platforms such as WeChat, LinkedIn, or other tools relevant to the Chinese business environment will be advantageous. A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment is expected.

Benefit:

As a Business Negotiator with our company, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package tailored to your expertise and experience. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with an international team, gaining exposure to the dynamic immigration consulting and start-up development industries. This role offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work remotely while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic partnerships and contributing to meaningful outcomes by helping entrepreneurs and businesses succeed globally. Beyond professional growth, this position provides access to networking opportunities with key players in the immigration sector and a chance to build a strong personal brand in this industry. Join us to be part of a supportive and innovative environment that values initiative, creativity, and collaboration.
