Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the supervision of all activates pertaining to operating the Reservations Department. To achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profit.

team members * To review task process and staff productivity to ensure that work standards are consistently met

To present ideas and initiatives to management in a clear and concise manner
To actively support the Sales team to establish and maintain good relations with corporate accounts, travel agencies, airlines and other booking sources.
To forecast existing and future bookings/rooms rentals and prepare forecast reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
Strong leadership & organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations functions
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
