Core Responsibilities:

1. Global Supplier Development & Management
(1) Responsible for supplier sourcing, development, evaluation, and negotiation in major beauty and fragrance producing regions, primarily Europe and the Americas.
(2) Establish and maintain a high-quality overseas supplier database to ensure a stable and competitive supply chain.

2. End-to-End Procurement Execution
(1) Independently manage the complete procurement process, including RFQ, price comparison, contract negotiation, order placement, order follow-up, quality inspection, and international logistics coordination.
(2) Strictly control procurement costs, delivery lead times, and product quality, and resolve any exceptions or issues that arise during order execution.

3. Market Insights & Product Introduction
(1) Track overseas beauty and fragrance market trends and provide professional procurement recommendations to the sales team.
(2) Participate in formulating procurement plans and introduce distinctive products and niche brands with strong market potential.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Industry Event Participation
Regularly represent the company at major global beauty, fragrance, and personal care trade shows, and independently arrange business meetings and negotiations with suppliers.

Qualifications:

1.Mandatory Requirements:

（1）Bachelor's degree or above; majors in International Trade, Business English, or related fields are preferred.

（2）Fluent spoken English as a working language, capable of independently conducting in-depth business negotiations and networking.

（3）At least 1 years of experience in foreign trade procurement; experience in the beauty, fragrance, or FMCG industries is preferred.

（4）Familiarity with the full process of international trade.
