Job Profile:

The Physical Intelligence Teacher is primarily responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate physical education programs for children aged 3-6 in the kindergarten. The core goal is to foster children's physical fitness, motor skills, coordination, and teamwork spirit through fun-oriented sports games, outdoor activities, and movement-based learning. The role requires creating an immersive bilingual (English-Chinese) sports environment to naturally integrate English language acquisition into physical activities, helping children improve their English listening and speaking abilities in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for physical intelligence courses for children aged 3-6. Design interesting sports games, physical training and outdoor expansion activities according to the age characteristics of young children, and stimulate their interest in sports.
2. Create an immersive bilingual sports environment, naturally infiltrate English expressions in the teaching process, and help children improve their English listening and speaking skills.
3. Participate in the planning and implementation of the kindergarten's sports characteristic activities, such as sports meetings, sports culture festivals, outdoor study tours, etc., to enrich children's campus life.
4. Cooperate with Chinese teachers in lesson planning, jointly optimize teaching plans, regularly feedback children's sports performance, and help children's personalized growth.
5. Strictly abide by the kindergarten's safety management regulations to ensure the personal safety of children in classroom and outdoor activities.
6. Actively participate in teaching and research activities, parent open days and training meetings organized by the kindergarten, and cooperate to complete relevant teaching tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Native speakers of English or other fluent English-speaking languages are preferred.
2. Educational Background: College degree or above. Majors such as physical education, early childhood education, sports training are preferred.
3. Professional Ability: Familiar with the physical and mental development laws of young children, master basic physical intelligence teaching methods, and have the ability to design interesting sports games; those with relevant early childhood physical education teaching experience are preferred.
4. Language Ability: Fluent and standard English expression, good cross-cultural communication skills, and able to communicate smoothly with children, parents and colleagues. Priority will be given to candidates who are proficient in Chinese communication.
5. Personal Qualities: Love early childhood education, be caring, patient and responsible, and enjoy interacting with children; cheerful and lively personality, with strong affinity and appeal.
6. Qualification Requirements: Hold valid work permits in China (or be able to cooperate in handling relevant procedures), with no bad records; those with early childhood education-related qualification certificates and sports coach certificates are preferred.
Age Requirements: 22-45 years old, healthy, and able to adapt to the activity intensity of early childhood teaching.
