This kindergarten is the only international kindergarten in the local area. It opened in September 2025, comprising nursery, junior, middle and senior classes, and can accommodate 270 students.

Job Profile:

Full-day in-class supervision
Accompany children for all daily routines including morning arrival, outdoor activities, meals & snacks, naptime, free play and dismissal. Create an immersive English environment by communicating and giving daily instructions entirely in English, and cooperate with Chinese homeroom teachers and nannies on childcare and daily routine management.
English teaching
Deliver 2–3 dedicated English classes per day: 20 mins per session for junior class, 25–30 mins for middle class and 30 mins for senior class. Lessons cover nursery rhymes, picture books, role-play games and arts & crafts. Spare time before meals or during activity transitions is used for casual English games and oral interaction.
Extra administrative work
Weekly lesson planning, teaching aid production, English-themed classroom decoration and kids’ English progress tracking; participate in English-themed festivals and performances organized by the kindergarten.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging English lessons for children aged 3–6, based on international early childhood education concepts and the kindergarten’s curriculum framework.
Organize interactive English-themed activities (e.g., storytime, singing, art & craft, outdoor games) to create a fun, immersive language environment.
Collaborate with Chinese teaching partners to integrate English into daily routines and thematic units, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.
Observe and record children’s language development progress, provide feedback to parents and the teaching team regularly.
Participate in kindergarten’s events, such as English festivals, parent-child activities, and staff training sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Early Childhood Education, Education, Linguistics, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum 2 year of teaching experience with preschool children; experience in international kindergartens or bilingual early education institutions is a plus.
Passionate about early childhood education, patient, energetic, and able to connect with children effectively.
Familiar with play-based teaching methods, able to design age-appropriate, interactive learning activities.
Possess a valid teaching qualification (e.g., TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate) .
Good communication skills, able to cooperate well with colleagues and parents.
Comply with Chinese laws and regulations, hold a valid work permit and residence permit (or be eligible to apply for them).
