Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage personalized recommendation/ optimization strategies and content roadmap for the e-commerce website based on analytical insights to directly improve Revenues, CVR, AOV, Repurchase Rate and LTV.
• Plan, execute and monitor site modules, widgets, and user flows to enhance visitor engagement and sales performance.
• Translate customer insights and team ideas into detailed business requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria for the Product Development team.
• Oversee the planning, creation, and optimization of Seasonal banners, pages and educational content (including but not limited to product pages, guides, articles and videos).
• Lead and manage the content lead and content manager ensuring brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Partner with Customer Insights Manager, Content Manager and Product Development team to visualize and analyze customer journeys using event data.
• Utilize data mining techniques and AI to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and business opportunities with BI team.
• Prepare data-driven plans and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage E-commerce related projects and deliver them on time working with cross-functional teams.
• Other tasks as assigned by your direct manager.
