Job Details:

Responsibilities:

I. Core Job Responsibilities

1.Act as the liaison in English, Arabic and Chinese, take charge of the full-process reception and itinerary customization for overseas clients from English-speaking and Arabic-speaking regions, coordinate all links including airport pick-up, accommodation and catering arrangements, respond promptly to clients' ad-hoc requests, and ensure zero errors throughout the entire reception process.

2.Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the company's exhibition hall, provide professional trilingual commentary for visiting global clients, accurately convey the company's core products, technological advantages and brand value, and simultaneously optimize the exhibition hall content and commentary system.

3.Oversee the full-process planning and implementation of international business conferences, industry forums and supporting events for overseas exhibitions, take charge of venue booking, equipment commissioning, process control and on-site services, and provide trilingual business support throughout the entire process.

4.Coordinate internal business resources, establish a standardized customer service system, create differentiated customer experience through customized detail-oriented services, complete the preparation of trilingual business documents and other related work assigned by superiors.


Qualifications:


1.Basic Literacy Requirements: Possess good business etiquette and professional quality, have an image and temperament suitable for high-end business service scenarios, have no bad employment records, and meet the statutory working age requirements for job performance.

2.Mandatory Core Language Requirements: Proficient in both English and Arabic, with fluent oral and written expression, able to independently complete the full-process work including business liaison, professional commentary and document translation; possess the ability to communicate and report in Chinese in daily work.

3.Work Experience Requirements: Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in high-end client reception, business services and implementation of large-scale business events; candidates with experience in customer service of leading enterprises, experience in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, and overseas living or working experience are preferred.

4.Core Competency Requirements: Possess extremely strong detail control, communication and coordination, and emergency response capabilities, with outstanding learning ability, able to quickly master the company's products and industry knowledge; have excellent customer service awareness and pressure resistance, and be able to accept domestic and international business trips.
